The Nikšić election results should be determined by the will of citizens who will vote for the political programmes of parties, without inappropriate external influences and manipulative campaigns of disinformation, says the head of the EP Delegation to Montenegro Vladimír Bilčík for TVCG.
He believes that local elections in all municipalities should be held on the same day, because now, as he says, Montenegro is in a state of the constant political campaign.
He stresses that the Nikšić elections will be under the full attention of European partners.
